Online dispute resolution platform and consumer dispute resolution

In the event of disputes between lawyers and their clients, there is in principle the possibility of out-of-court dispute resolution upon request
at the arbitration board of the bar at the Federal Bar Association, Neue Grünstraße 17 in 10179 Berlin, on the Internet via the homepage of the arbitration board (www.s-d-r.org), e-mail: schlichtungsstelle@s-d-r.org.
 
The European Commission also provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
